About
Family is an iOS and Android app from Interact Group. It helps one household get to know another — share who you are, see other families, and start a conversation when both sides are ready.
You publish a family profile, optionally a biodata, and browse other households in Discover. A namastey opens a private chat if they send one back.
How to close a Family account
You can ask us to delete your Family account and the personal data on it at any time.
That records a deletion request. We then remove your profile, your family’s details, your photographs and your biodata. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Messages you already sent remain visible to the other family.
Write to finance@frnd.app and ask us to delete your account. Include the mobile number you sign in with and your family's name, so we can find the right account. If someone else entered your details, write to the same address — those rights are still yours.
Family by Interact
Write to coldbrewtech@gmail.com with your question and the mobile number on your account. We reply within two working days.
In the app, tap ⋯ on a family’s profile, a post, a story or a chat, then choose Report. Our team reviews every report within 24 hours and removes content or accounts that break our Terms.
Tap ⋯ and choose Block. Neither family will see the other’s profile, posts or chat. You can unblock from Settings → Blocked families.
Settings → Delete account in the app, or see Your data.
